Welcome to Home Adonait (the “Marketplace”), operated by Adonait. By accessing or purchasing through this website you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Marketplace role — we are not the seller

Home Adonait is an online marketplace only. All products are listed and sold by independent third-party vendors (“Vendors”). Adonait is not the seller or manufacturer of any item, does not take title to products, and does not control or guarantee the accuracy of listings, pricing, availability, or images provided by Vendors.

2. Shipping, fulfillment & quality — vendor responsibility

Order fulfillment, shipping, delivery timelines, packaging, product quality, safety, warranties, and after-sale support are the sole responsibility of the Vendor. Adonait is not responsible or liable for shipping delays, lost or damaged shipments, defective or misdescribed products, or any failure by a Vendor to perform. This allocation of responsibility does not limit the refund guarantee Adonait gives you directly under Section 5 and our Returns & Buyer Protection policy.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Adonait facilitates the transaction and remits proceeds to the Vendor, less a marketplace commission. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Vendor proceeds are held in escrow until the buyer’s return window closes — see Section 5.

4. Digital products, AI-assisted art & license

Some items are digital products (for example printable wall art). These are delivered as downloadable files — no physical item is shipped. After checkout you receive an instant download link (also sent by email). It is your responsibility to download and save your files; you may re-download from the confirmation link.

Made with AI. Certain designs sold by Adonait are original works created with the assistance of artificial-intelligence tools and then curated and edited by us. They are original compositions; any resemblance to existing works, people, brands, or artists is coincidental, and no affiliation with or endorsement by any third party is implied.

License & copyright. Unless stated otherwise, the copyright in Adonait’s own digital designs remains with Adonait. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license: you may download the file and print it for your own personal or home use, as many times as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or mass-produce the file, claim authorship, or use it for commercial purposes (resale, merchandise, print-on-demand, etc.) without our prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

No refunds on digital items. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable, except where the file is defective or was not delivered — in which case we will replace it or make it right. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer, and paper.

5. Returns & refunds

For physical products, Adonait guarantees a 30-day return from delivery, marketplace-wide, as set out in our Returns & Buyer Protectionpolicy. That guarantee prevails over any shorter or stricter Vendor policy. To make it enforceable, Vendor proceeds are held in escrow until the window closes with no open claim, and approved refunds are paid from those held funds without needing the Vendor’s consent. Digital and custom products are excluded as described in Section 4 and in the Returns policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adonait and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising out of your purchase or use of any product, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise. Adonait’s total liability shall not exceed the marketplace commission actually received on the relevant order.

7. Intellectual property

Product names, brands, trademarks, and images are the property of their respective owners and are used by Vendors. Listing a product does not imply endorsement by any brand.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Marketplace constitutes acceptance.
