Who ships your order
Each item is shipped directly by the independent third-party Vendor that sells it. Adonait is a marketplace and does not warehouse, pack, or ship products. What Adonait does stand behind is the refund — see Returns & Buyer Protection.
Processing & delivery times
Orders normally leave the Vendor within one business day and arrive in 5-10 business days. That is the standard timeline across this marketplace and it is what we publish for each item unless the product page shows a different one — furniture, large items and made-to-order pieces can take longer, and the product page says so when they do. These are estimates provided by the Vendor, not guarantees; if a package is late or never arrives, you are covered by the buyer protection below.
Shipping costs
We do not add shipping charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you are charged — shipping is already included in it. If an individual item carries a separate shipping fee, that amount is shown on the product page before you buy.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, open a claim with us — you do not need the Vendor’s permission. Vendor payouts are held in escrow until your return window closes, so a damaged or missing delivery is refunded by Adonait, and we cover the return shipping when the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing.
Returns
You have 30 days from deliveryto return any physical item for a refund. This is a marketplace-wide guarantee from Adonait and it applies even if an individual Vendor’s own policy is shorter. For a change-of-mind return the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the return shipping is at your cost. Digital downloads, custom or personalized products, and opened hygiene-sealed items are excluded. The full policy, the exclusions and how to start a return are in our Refund Policy.
