Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Home Adonait collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use home.adonait.com. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.
Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and any messages you send. Vendors provide business and payout information.
Payment information: collected and processed directly by Stripe. Adonait never stores your full card number.
Automatically collected: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and essential cookies/local storage that keep your cart and session working.
How we use your information
To process and deliver orders; to share the information a Vendor needs to fulfill and ship your order; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud and secure the Site; to communicate about your orders and account; to improve the marketplace; and to comply with legal obligations.
Registration & marketing communications
By creating an account or otherwise registering on the Site, you agree that Adonait Business LLC and its affiliated brands, companies and products may use the name and email address you provide to send you marketing and promotional communications about any of our products, services and companies. This consent is broad and is not limited to the specific product you registered for.
You can opt out at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may also email adonaitemail@gmail.com to be removed. We honor opt-out requests as required by law (including CAN-SPAM, and CASL/GDPR where applicable). Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages about your orders and account.
How we share information
We share order and shipping details with the Vendor that sells your item so it can fulfill the order. We use trusted service providers — Stripe (payments), Firebase / Google Cloud (data storage), and Vercel (hosting) — that process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies and local storage to operate the Site (for example, to remember your cart and keep you signed in). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting, tax, and legal requirements. Order records may be retained after your account is closed.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; see our Security Center for how to protect your account.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. Material changes will be posted here. Questions? Visit our Contact page.
