Home Adonait is a curated marketplace for home goods — furniture, lighting, decor, kitchen, outdoor, and more — connecting independent brands and makers with buyers across Florida and beyond. If you make or sell beautiful things for the home, we would love to have you.

Why sell with us

Reach ready-to-buy customers without building your own storefront or ad engine. Keep your brand. Your products are sold under your own vendor profile. Get paid directly. Payouts go to your own account via Stripe. Own your operations. You set pricing, stock, shipping times, and shipping costs.

How it works

1. Apply on our Sell page with your business and a first product.
2. We review and, once approved, set up your vendor login and profile.
3. List your products — add photos, descriptions, options (color, size), price, stock, and shipping.
4. Connect payouts with Stripe so you receive your earnings automatically.
5. Manage everything from your vendor portal: products, stock, orders, tracking, and buyer messages.

Commission and payouts

Adonait keeps a transparent marketplace commission on each completed sale; the remainder is transferred to your connected account. There are no monthly fees to list. Your current commission rate is shown in your vendor profile.

Payout timing. Your share is held in escrow until the buyer’s 30-day return window closes: 33 days after you mark the order shipped, or 45 days after the purchase if it is never marked shipped — whichever comes first. Mark orders shipped promptly and you get paid sooner. While a return or claim is open, that order stays on hold. You can see the status and release date of every payout in your vendor portal.

Your responsibilities as a Vendor

You are the seller and merchant of record for your products. You are responsible for accurate listings and pricing, product quality and safety, holding the necessary rights and licenses to sell, fulfilling and shipping orders on time, handling returns per your stated policy, providing tracking, responding to buyers, and complying with all applicable laws (including consumer-protection, product-safety, and tax laws). You may not list counterfeit, unsafe, recalled, illegal, or prohibited items.

Shipping and returns

You set your shipping times and costs and ship directly to the buyer. You set your return and refund terms within our marketplace guidelines. Prompt shipping, accurate tracking, and fair returns keep your ratings high and your store growing.
