Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern the Home Adonait affiliate and influencer program operated by Adonait Business LLC (“Adonait”, “we”) at home.adonait.com. By applying you agree to them and to our Conditions of Use.
1. Eligibility and approval
You must be 18 or older and publish original content. Creators from any country and of any audience size may apply, including new creators. Every application is reviewed manually; we may approve or decline at our discretion, for example if the content is unrelated to home and lifestyle, is adult, hateful or misleading, or the profile appears fake.
2. Links and tracking
Approved affiliates receive a personal code. A purchase is attributed to you when the buyer clicked a home.adonait.com link containing ?aff=YOURCODE within the previous 30days, in the same browser. If the buyer clicks another affiliate’s link afterwards, the last click wins. Attribution uses a first-party cookie; purchases made with cookies blocked or on a different device may not be tracked.
3. Commission
You earn 10%of the product subtotal of attributed orders, after discounts and excluding shipping, taxes and fees. On items sold by third-party vendors the commission never exceeds the marketplace fee Adonait keeps on that item, so it may be lower or zero (for example, during a vendor’s fee-free period). Your dashboard shows the commission of each order. Purchases made by you, your household or with your own link for yourself do not earn commission.
4. Confirmation and payment
Commissions start as pending and are confirmed when the buyer’s 30-day return window closes. Returned, refunded, cancelled or fraudulent orders are not paid. Confirmed commissions are paid monthly by PayPal, Wise or US bank transfer once your balance reaches US$25; smaller balances roll over. Before the first payment we ask for a tax form (W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN for others). You are responsible for your own taxes.
5. Disclosure (required)
Every post, Pin, video, story or article with an affiliate link must clearly disclose the relationship, as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and similar laws — for example “#affiliate”, “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you buy through this link”, placed where it is seen before the link. Use the platform’s paid-partnership label where one is available.
6. Pinterest and social media rules
Link directly to home.adonait.com — no link shorteners, cloaked redirects or intermediate landing pages, which Pinterest and other platforms may block. Use your own photos or the product photos on our site; do not present an image as your own home or as the exact product if it is not. Write honest descriptions and current prices only. Do not spam comments, group boards, inboxes or hashtags, and follow each platform’s own rules for affiliate content.
7. What is not allowed
Paid search ads that bid on “Adonait”, “Home Adonait” or misspellings; posting coupon codes we did not issue to you; impersonating Adonait or suggesting you are an employee; misleading claims about products, shipping, prices or our return guarantee; incentivized or fake clicks, bots or cookie stuffing; and promoting Adonait’s real-estate, lending or political-campaign services under this program. Violations void pending commissions and end participation.
8. Changes and termination
We may change the commission or these terms with notice by email; changes apply to clicks after the notice. Either party may end participation at any time; commissions already confirmed are still paid. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of Adonait.
